Who We Are

We are a minority-led consultancy dedicated to helping trailblazers bridge the gap between ambition and action at any scale.

That’s why clarity, collaboration, and curiosity are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Ethos

Antropika. A fusion of Anthropology, the study of what makes us human, and -kah, a Malaysian inquisitive suffix that invites curiosity, challenges assumptions, and opens space to bridge disparity.

Our Team

Over 10 years of combined experience in consumer research, non-profits, and social science, delivered with purpose.

  • Co-Founder

Lilian is a curious go-getter who isn’t afraid to follow her own path.

Outside of work, she values screen-free moments spent catching up with friends, birdwatching, and practicing Pilates.

  • Lilian is a data-driven marketing consultant with five years of experience in social intelligence, consumer research, and performance analytics. She has partnered with leading local and global brands including U Mobile, Petronas, Google, Carlsberg, Vinda SEA, Pernod Ricard, and ADA, driving consumer engagement and delivering actionable insights across diverse markets. Her expertise spans social media strategy, content and digital performance measurement, and audience segmentation, where she consistently translates data into strategies that strengthen brand health and consumer retention.

A graduate in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, Lilian brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and decision-making into her marketing and analytics practice. This academic background enables her to translate consumer sentiment into measurable strategies, blending data with empathy to help organisations connect more meaningfully with their audiences.

With a proven track record in enabling organisations to harness data for decision-making, Lilian is adept at both real-time and non-real-time data. Her command of real-time analytics, such as social listening, enabled her to lead national brand crisis management and reduce negative sentiment by 40% within a quarter. For non-real-time data, she distills complex information into dashboards and periodic reports, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.

Bridging analytics and consumer strategy, Lilian is committed to transforming complex data into clear insights that empower organisations to engage audiences effectively and achieve sustainable growth.

  • Co-Founder

Gaayathrey is a true-blue adventurer, always ready to try something new.

When she’s not out in the field, she’s exploring both athletic and creative outlets, like hiking and painting.

  • Gaayathrey is a researcher and consultant with over five years of experience in capacity building, report writing, training, and advocacy. At the Women’s Aid Organisation, she developed modules, proposals, and reports for diverse stakeholders while working closely with international funders and partners, including UNHCR, UNFPA, the Netherlands Embassy and many others. Her role also involved media engagement, where she represented the organisation through interviews, podcasts, and panel discussions on gender-based violence.

As a postgraduate student in the final year of her Master’s in Gender Studies at Universiti Malaya, Gaayathrey also holds a degree in Psychology. Together, these academic foundations shape the lens she brings to her consultancy practice, grounding her work in both human behaviour and critical social analysis.

Her research and fieldwork extend beyond gender to wider issues of marginalisation, including rurality, indigenous rights, and state politics. Conducting fieldwork in East Sabah, she engaged directly with marginalised communities to examine the intersections of governance, corruption, and everyday struggles. Regionally, she contributes to SEANNET, a scholarly network focusing on social science and anthropology in Southeast Asia.

Bridging professional, academic, and advocacy spaces, Gaayathrey is committed to producing research, training, and strategies that empower communities and amplify underrepresented voices.
